As we are getting ready for Jackson's arrival we have started pulling out some of our old baby items and one of those things was Emma's Bumbo seat! Well, she sure has been having a great time with it and wouldn't you know, she fits in it better now than then she did when she was 6 months old. My baby peanut sure is a skinny minnie!!
Emma started doing this little wake up routine a couple of weeks ago and although it makes it a bit tough to get up and out of the house in the morning, it's so darn cute that I couldn't resist trying to snap a picture of it. Mostly on the weekends though when Emma wakes up from her nap, she immediately wants to read books. Books are certainly one of her favorite things and she will easily stay in her crib for a good 30 minutes after waking up from a nap as long as she has her books. Here she is "reading" all about Beauty and The Beast. :)
