Emma started taking her first steps a few weeks ago but we have noticed a really big difference just overnight with her. Up until yesterday, she would take about 6 - 8 steps in a row, and then basically give up or fall over and go back to crawling because it was faster. :) But tonight, she decided that was enough and walked the entire way across the kitchen and around the island all by herself!! So here is a little taste of how far Emma has come.
This first video is of Emma on the day before her first Birthday, just realizing that she could "walk" with her new shopping cart from her Gigi and Papa.
This second video was of Emma yesterday (we still need to get a better one and this was about 10 minutes before bedtime) but you will get the idea. :)
