As I was uploading some recent pictures of the kids playing outside, I started to see more and more of his serious side. He has always had this serious side to him, I guess I just wasn't noticing exactly how much it comes through in daily life!
I started to look back through some older pictures, and was surprised at just how serious this kid is. Come with me on a little journey I like to call "That's One Serious Squishy"!

Eating peas, is no laughing matter (okay, so I don't blame him with this one).
Family movie night, is no laughing matter. At least not for 25% of the family.
Playing with Sissy, is no laughing matter.
Playing with Shamie, is no laughing matter.
Eating cereal, is no laughing matter.
Playing in the grass, is no laughing matter.
Taking family pictures, is no laughing matter.
Lather. Rinse. Repeat.
Playing in the sprinkler, is no laughing matter.
Playing dress up with Sissy, is no laughing matter.
Eating snowballs in your dinosaur jammies, is no laughing matter.
Going on an Easter egg hunt with your shovel, is no laughing matter.
Playing T-Ball, is no laughing matter.
Playing Picky-Egg with your Pop, is no laughing matter.
Catching some rays, is no laughing matter.
Mommy taking your picture, is no laughing matter.
Painting, is no laughing matter.
Washing Mommy's car, is no laughing matter.
He might not smile often, or at least when you think he normally would,
but when he does, he lights up the room.
I have looked at this post no less than 100 times since you posted it....and everytime I look at it, I crack up laughing. Our son, SO serious....gotta love that boy!
